Terms of use.

These Terms of Use apply to truops.ai and its pages, including the early-access page and the interactive demo (together, the “Site”), operated by TruOps LLC (“TruOps,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

If your organization has signed an agreement with TruOps for the TruOps platform, that agreement governs your use of the platform. If it conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins.

You agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws when using the Site
• Not interfere with the operation or security of the Site, including by probing, scanning, or testing its vulnerabilities without our written permission
• Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to send spam, or to collect information about other users
• Not use automated means to overload the Site or to copy substantial parts of it

• Passwords are personal. Early-access passwords are for the people we give them to. Do not share or publish them. We may change a password or end early access at any time.
• Pre-release software. Early-access environments and the interactive demo are previews. Features may change or be removed, and they may not be available at all times.
• Keep confidential data out of the demo. The demo uses sample data. Do not enter confidential or personal information into it; the demo assistant sends what you type to an AI service to generate replies. See our privacy policy.
• AI output is a draft. Answers from the demo assistant are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check anything you rely on.

Our guides, framework pages, comparisons, and briefs are general information. They are not legal, audit, accounting, or compliance advice, and they do not create a professional relationship. Regulations and products change; check current requirements with qualified advisors. Information about other companies’ products comes from public sources, dated on each page, and may be out of date. Tell us at hello@truops.ai and we will correct it.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TruOps LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our express written permission, except to view and share links to pages for your own business evaluation. TruOps and the TruOps logo are trademarks of TruOps LLC. Other product names mentioned on the Site belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not imply endorsement.

If you send us ideas or feedback about TruOps, we may use them without obligation to you.

The Site links to websites we do not control, such as Calendly and the sources cited on our comparison pages. TruOps does not endorse them and is not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, TruOps makes no warranties, express or implied, about the Site, including its accuracy, completeness, availability, or freedom from errors, and disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, TruOps LLC will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if we were told they were possible. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so some of this may not apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version here and changing the “last updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.
