What we collect on truops.ai, why, who helps us process it, and how to reach us. Last updated 25 September 2026.

Who we are and what this covers
TruOps LLC (“TruOps,” “we,” “us”) operates truops.ai. This policy covers the website, the early-access page, and the interactive demo.
It does not cover data our customers put into the TruOps platform. That data is governed by each customer’s agreement with us, including any data-processing terms. How we protect the platform is on Trust & security.
What we collect
We only collect personal information you choose to give us, plus the basic technical data any website receives.

Cookies and browser storage
We do not set cookies for advertising, analytics, or tracking. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

These stay in your browser. They reach us only if you submit a contact, partner, or early-access form, so we know what you were reading and can reply usefully. You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.
How we use your information
- To respond to requests, schedule and deliver demos, and grant early access.
- To communicate with you about TruOps. You can opt out of these emails at any time.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the site and our offerings.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it to train AI models.
Service providers we use
These companies process information on our behalf to run the site. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger or acquisition, in which case this policy continues to apply.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and manage our relationship, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner. Server logs are kept for our hosting provider’s standard retention period.
Your rights
Anyone who has given us personal information can:
- See the information we hold about you
- Correct or update it
- Ask us to delete it
- Opt out of future emails
Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK, or California, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to object to or restrict how we use your information and to receive a copy of it. Email hello@truops.ai with “Privacy” in the subject. We will verify the request and respond within the time the law requires. We will not treat you differently for using these rights. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmitting or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our platform controls are described on Trust & security.
Where your information is processed
TruOps is based in the United States, and the site and our providers process information in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Children
The site is for business users. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Other websites
The site links to other websites, such as Calendly and the sources cited on our comparison pages. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version here and change the “last updated” date. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of this page.
